Gastronomic Experiences

At Casa de Casal you can enjoy the Galician gastronomy. We serve homemade dishes made with local products and vegetables from our own garden.

From Monday to Saturday (except in high season) we offer dinner service on request with dishes as appetizing as:

  • Veal cheeks in spicy chocolate sauce.
  • Veal cheeks in spicy chocolate sauce.
  • Seasonal vegetable tempura with mussel’s dip.
  • Creamy rice with scallops and mushrooms.
  • Octopus coulant with San Simón da Costa cheese foam.
  • Hake on ajada foam. Ajada is a sauce made with garlic and paprika
  • Filloas (Galician crepes) stuffed with vegetables and goat cheese.

Without forgetting our homemade desserts:

  • Cheesecake
  • Apple pie
  • Flan with pine nuts
  • Rice pudding

In the case of groups, we have established several menus with a set price.

Breakfasts are buffet style with a multitude of homemade products:

Biscuits, apple quince, jams, sponge cakes, Arzúa cheese, Galician honey, sausages, bread loaf, natural orange juice, coffee, cocoa or natural infusions, fresh fruit, yogurt, nuts, cereals. Also eggs on request.
